Transcript: November Wake Up Workout

Welcome to your November workout. Yes, our wake up workout. So let’s get started. Novembers a great month, getting close to the holidays. So staying in shape is so important. Just by maintaining this five minutes everyday, you’ll feel good. That’s right. We’re going to be eating a little more so we have to keep burning those extra calories and exercise is one of the best ways to boost that metabolism. Even five minutes will help us. Okay. Let’s move side to side this is now working the sides of your waistline. Wake up that spine. Your spine is your lifeline. Make it a good day today, everybody. Wake up, get in a little workout and you’ll feel refreshed and ready to start your day. An awesome mindset that you can do it. That’s it. Good affirmation. Okay, let’s go side to side. So reach in front of your knee and that’s it.

Sit back, kind of shift that weight as You move side to side. Let me know if your legs getting the energy through the body. Bigger muscles of the body giving you more oxygen. Oxygen equals energy working your hips, thighs, and buttocks right now that’s it, two more. Last one and hold it. Let’s stretch it out. Oh, I feel so good. Waking up, stretching that body. Loosen it up. Okay to the other side. Stretch it out. Oh, I feel so good in my legs my back and my waistline, and release. Come on down. Stretch it up and stretch it down. Walk your hands all the way. Relax your neck. Relax your neck. Bend your knees, Roll up, one vertabrae at a time. Stretch your spine, it one more time and dive down a littleYyga. Reach your fingertips to the ground. Tuck your chin to your chest. Relax your neck.

And now bend your knees. role one vertabrae at a time up,. One more. Last. Stretch all the way up. Beautiful and stretch through the legs. Now stretch your back, stretch your legs. Feel the length. Notice my back is nice and flat. My knees are slightly bent, protecting the spine. And now slowly come all the way up and release. Let’s work a little waistline now. Just twist side to side. Bend your knees and twist. Pull your abdominal muscles up and in, aval to the spine. Tighten up those abs and work side to side. That’s it. Now reach it out. Reach it out. Working those loving handles. That’s it. Wonderful. work up your back. Trim your waistline. Can you go lower? And that’s at work. Close the eyes now and come all the way up again. One more time. Go all the way down and come all the way. Good. I’ll just hold it to the side. Reach to the other side. Squeeze your buttocks and now lift your legs. That’s it. And to the other side, reach your legs and hold it right here.get in A couple tummy tucks. That’s it, that’s a good one. I’ve got two more. Squeeze that too. Looked great from behind today. Last one. Hold it. Squeeze it. Pull in. Those tummies you come on. Okay, the other side. Take it down. Squeeze. That’s it.

Think good posture every day, keep your tummy tight… little twists side to side… improve your posture…Last one and take a nice deep breath. Inhale, relax your shoulders and your neck. No more neck tension today. You’re going to feel so good. You gave yourself a little way to start your day off right through exercise. Now I want you to have a wonderful day. You can do it. Eat well, think positively, and go out and have a great day. Love you all.
