Let’s get fitter, together – inside and out!
Hi, everybody. Welcome to your 2021 January Fast and Fit workout! It’s only five minutes. It’s to get you started in the morning. So you feel good. Stay healthy. We are going to do this together. So let’s begin. Take a nice deep cleansing breath. Bring in the oxygen equals energy and exhale out any stress you may have… great relaxing the shoulders. Now loosen up to the shoulders. You’re going to have a great day because you started with this five minute quick workout. That’s it. It’s just good. The blood circulated loosens up through the joints helps to improve that immune system and the best part of all it boosts your metabolism! That’s it get just started also what’s so great about this five minutes is you set aside for yourself. It’s kind of like the beginning of a day to start your day off, right? To reset it, to say I’m going to feel good today.
So get moving. That’s it a great mindset. Be positive. Be optimistic. Okay. Side to side. Shift your weight side to side. Just reach side and side. That’s it. Use your thigh muscles. That’s great. Great tone. And work the whole body. Head to toe. Fast and fit. Look good. Do it now. Yeah. Two more. Wonderful. Last one and stretch it out. Well, the stretch reach up above let’s twist a little for the waistline. Great rotation for your spine. Keep your spine healthy. Your spine is your lifeline. Keep it healthy. Keep it fit. And to the other side. Oh, it feels so good in your legs. Stretch it out. Stretch the back. Stretch through the waistline. Yes. Reach up. Look up, up, up, up, up. Beautiful. Feel that true and relax. Okay. Now slowly stretched forward. Stretching out the back of your hamstrings. Great. Hold it right here.
Now with the use of your thighs and buttocks squeeze coming up and turn your toe and reach all the way down in the triangle. That’s it now open up through the chest. Reach up, stretch your legs. That’s it. Pull abs up and in you got it. Stretch. Hold yourself a break, zip up the abdominals core tight and come home. Beautiful. Turn your toes to the other side. Kind of reach out first. Great for your hips and relax. Triangle pose. Open up your chest. That’s it. Oh, and have a great day. That’s it really set your mind to it, to feel good as it everyday. Do this with me. You’ll feel so much better and slowly come all the way up. Turn to the side now and stretch it out into a Crescent pose. Lace up nice and strong. Stretch your legs. Bring both arms up overhead and feel the reach.
Feel the stretch. Feel the flexibility, stretch and tone all at the same time on this one. Beautiful. Okay. And slowly relax. Let’s go to the other side. Bend your front leg to a 90 degree angle. Stretch your back leg. Extend your arms all the way up to a warrior pose. Hold it up there. You’re strong. Squeeze and tighten up that tissue. That’s it. Stretch up stretch and come all the way up. Beautiful. One last one, stretching it forward. That’s it. Great. Well, place your hand all the way to the floor and look up, rotate again through the spine. Another great one for the waistline and reach to the other side all the way up, up, up, up, up. So good for us. Keeping our back healthy and flat back. Let me see your beautiful flat back. That’s it. And come all the way up.
Beautiful. Okay. Let’s work on a little arms and legs. Just half behind. That’s it just tap. Good. Move the arms and the legs at the same time. Just tap behind good. Great toner for the arms. That’s it. You can do it. That’s it. Were these getting the oxygen to flow? Have a good day. Yes. Good oxygen equals energy. We want energy today. Good. Positive energy. Last one. Oh, okay. Take a deep breath. Inhale all the way up. Exhale and hold the pose. Sit back. Hold the pose. That’s it. The back is strong and straight. Sit back, sit back. You can do it. Hold it two seconds and release. Beautiful. Yeah. I’ll take a deep breath together. Holding in the oxygen. Inhale deeply through your nose. Exhale out your nose and relax there. You did it.
