Here’s how you make my Creamy Mango-Ginger Smoothie:
Ingredients
1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt (or silken tofu for a dairy-free version)
3/4 cup cubed mango
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp. minced candied ginger
2 tsp. chia seeds (or ground flaxseed)
