Exercise balls and resistance bands are eligible for refund 30 days after receipt of shipment. We do not refund for the 200-page Shape, Strengthen, and Sculpt e-book. We do not charge restocking fees although customers are responsible for return shipping. If your package is refused the postage due will be deducted from your refund.
