Ingredients
1 large tomato, stem and leaves removed
¼ medium cucumber
¼ bell pepper (green, orange, red, yellow)
Small handful of parsley
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Squeeze of lemon juice
Dash of celery salt
Salt and pepper to taste
Pairing: 1 hard-boiled egg
