Week 4 is here! Thank you again to ALL of you who have been joining me every Saturday for my #FallFitnessFreebies. I am loving the response!
This week we will be saying BYE to back fat and HELLO to sexy arms! Get ready to firm up the muscles of your arms to look GREAT in sleeveless blouses. We will also be target toning your chest muscles for an “uplifted look” and your upper back for improved posture. No more “bra overhang.” For this week’s workout, you’ll need a set of dumbbells. I recommend 3-5 lbs.
