Here’s one of my favorite tips with walnuts. I love to roast them and guess what? All you have to do is get your walnuts, put it in a frying pan, no oil, nothing is in the pan. Put them in and roast them up and it’s so good. And I chop them up and salads, I eat them for snack. I put a little salt on it. You could flavor it up with different kind of spices, a little turmeric. You could put some little cumin in it. A little chili, whatever you like. All nuts and walnuts are so good for you. I love to roast walnuts, and they’re so easy, but watch them. Don’t do it too high, they do burn because of the healthy fats. Eat healthy you guys and be heart-healthy!
