Kale is still a popular superfood, and for good reason! High in antioxidants, loaded with vitamin A and sulfur-containing, disease-fighting compounds, this nutritious vegetable is an excellent source of fiber, vitamins and nutrients. This Crispy Kale recipe is a favorite of mine, and can be served as a snack or a side dish at lunch or dinner.
