Hi Everyone! We’re already about mid way through September – can you believe it?! It will be the holiday season in the blink of an eye. I love to entertain, especially during the holidays, and often get asked what is an easy and healthy meal to cook for guests. My go-to meal to impress is super simple, only 6 ingredients in the main dish! You will have everyone coming back for seconds!
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. orange juice
3 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger, minced
4 (6 oz.) wild salmon fillets
Eating healthy unsaturated fats, like salmon, has so many benefits. Salmon is also high in protein, vitamin D and B-12. A great source of magnesium and omega-3 fatty acids, and has been proven to lower cholesterol levels.
