7-Day Vegetarian Plan

We love a well-rounded approach to wellness, so we’re always trying something new (even if it’s not our favorite). Cutting out meat for a day or week is a great way to lower your fat and cholesterol intake, while giving your digestive system a break.

We’re challenging you to embrace a plant-based diet for a week with our Vegetarian Plan. Follow our vegetarian recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and choose two snacks of your choice every day for seven days. Each one is so satisfying that you won’t even miss eating meat!
